Here is a collection of various vehicles from the 2007 Wheels and Waves classic car show in beautiful Santa Barbara, California. The show closed off the main downtown street, State Street, for about 10 blocks. The weather gave the show a few light sprinkes of rain, but that didn't keep the show from going on. Andy Granatelli was the Grand Marshall and Chip Foose was an honorary judge.
